The Fallen Leaves will headline the opening night of the annual Punk, Rock and Roll Art show on Friday 26th October 2018 with blistering live performances from true punk heroes and artwork by legends of the 1977 punk scene onwards.
The show has built a reputation for hosting exclusive and new art by musicians from various punk, rock and roll bands and their friends as well as a storming opening party.
The Punk Rock And Roll Art Show is a free exhibition showcasing original affordable artwork and the highlights in this year’s exhibition includes an artistic collaboration by Members’ guitarist and songwriter, JC Carroll with famed record sleeve designer, Malcolm Garrett, (‘Spiral Scratch EP, Buzzocks –‘Orgasm Addict’). The limited edition range of fluorescent ink prints, posters and t-shirts entitled Bin Bomb Skull Face, will be on sale exclusively at the show.
The launch party always has some special guests and this year is no exception with gentleman’s punk band, The Fallen Leaves, headlining the show. Formed by founding members of the Subway Sect, Rob Symmons (guitar) and Rob Green (vocals) and Paul Myers, they will play their fuse of The Who and The Ramones style rock.
There will also be performances by The Action Men, poetry from Sniffin’ Glue writer and editor Stephen Micalef and Spizz Energi ,with DJ Jeff Munday and more surprises to come.
