Superarts Academy of Performing Arts is celebrating International Dance Day at Elephant Park on Saturday 27th April 2019. A free day of movement, featuring spectacular dance performances and classes from a cross culture of different dance styles and music by local talent.
Whether you love Ballet, Street or Bollywood dance, the day is set to offer a stunning visual collection of live, on-stage performances and workshops guaranteed to get visitor’s feet moving.
International Dance Day was created to increase the public profile of dancing as an art form, something Superarts Academy has been passionately doing in Southwark since 1962, offering classes for young people in multiple dance styles.
Inspired by the diverse dance talent in the community, Founder, Irene Hayes BME, awarded for services to dance and the community in Southwark, and her daughter, Susan invite you to join them for this FREE family friendly celebration.
