Strictly Come Dancing is going on a live arena tour, hitting The O2 in February 2019. Fan-favourite Ore Oduba is returning as the tour host for the second year in a row, writes Hannah Kanik…

The tour will span across the UK over January and February, bringing the glitz and glamour the show is famous for all across the country.

They will be stopping at the O2 London arena on 9 and 10 February 2019.

Ore Oduba said: “Goes without saying, I’m so excited to be back hosting the Tour again! As many people know, Strictly means a lot to me so to be back with the gang…well, let’s just say it didn’t take long for me to say ‘yes’!”

This year the audience will be able to cast votes on their favourite dancers via text during the show and ultimately determine who gets the Glitterball Trophy at the end of the show.

Judges will still provide critiques and scores before audiences submit their votes.

The show is being directed by Strictly TV judge Craig Revel Horwood and will feature many of the celebrities and professional dancers from the 16th series.

There will be amazing choreography, dance routines and the live music Strictly Come Dancing is famous for.

The celebrities, professional dancers and more information about the event will be released in the coming months.

“We’ve got a sensational show planned. And yes – when we hit the road in January – I will be packing my dancing shoes!” Oduba said.

Tickets will go on sale on 21 September at 8 a.m. on or can be purchased over the phone at 08448560202.
