Woodlands Farm is hosting its Christmas Fair on December 2, providing a chance to shop for unique Christmas presents and enjoy a festive day out on the farm. IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE WORLD OF THE AVENGERS

Those who are more excited about superheros than santa – at least for the time being – should make their way to the ExCeL Centre where a new interactive exhibition: Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N is currently showing. SANTA COMES TO GREENWICH

Make sure the kids have their Christmas wish list at the ready, because Father Christmas is returning to his grotto at Greenwich Market on November 21. A VINTAGE CHRISTMAS AT GREENWICH PICTUREHOUSE

Greenwich Picturehouse is screening Bob Clark’s 1983 flick A Christmas Story, as part of its 12 Days Of Christmas season, celebrating a selection of vintage, festive favourites. Set in Indiana in the 1940s, the story follows the adventures of nine-year-old Ralphie, who mounts a full-scale, hint-dropping, Santa-begging campaign for his ideal Christmas gift: a genuine Red Ryder 200-shot Carbine Action Air Rifle. SEE THAMESMEAD SPARKLE
