Hemingway Design’s Urban Village Fete returns to the Peninsula on May 20 (11am-7pm).

In the past two years it’s drawn crowds of 25,000 people and this year’s promises to be bigger and bolder.  A free day of music and arts events, Gilles Peterson is headlining the main stage. Touching Base, Jazz Re:Freshed, and William LV are all DJ-ing throughout the day.

There’s also unique pop-ups, walkabout entertainment, curated designer marketplaces, London’s best street food vendors, art and design workshops for all ages, and a series of talks hosted by BBC Radio London’s Robert Elms. Peninsula Square, SE10 0SQ.
