Free lunches really do exist – this week the vegan food supplier Gosh! will be opening a kindness cafe where visitors can get a free meal for pledging an act of kindness.
On July 26 and 27, from 11am-3pm, the Kindness Cafe on the South Bank put up the promises on a pledge wall, and then give out food such as Gosh! Plant Pots, Sweetcorn and Quinoa bites, and Sweet Potato Pakora.
The pledges for kindness can be as simple as being nicer to fellow commuters, or as dedicated as volunteering at a homeless shelter.
For those that capture photos of their acts of kindness and share them on Instagram and then tag @goshfreefrom, there is a chance to win a month’s supply of Gosh! products.
Gosh! products are vegan, free from major allergens, and packaged in material that is 70% recycled.
