A teenage boy has been charged with murder after a man who was stabbed to death inside a youth club near Loughborough Junction last week.

Detectives charged the seventeen-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, yesterday (Sunday, February 24).

He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today (Monday, February 24).

The victim has been named as 23-year-old Glendon Spence (pictured above), from Lewisham.

He died at 7.27pm on Thursday, February 21, after being attacked inside the club on Minet Road.

A post-mortem held on Friday (February 22) recorded the cause of death as stab injuries.
