Everything about Bala Baya has been crafted as a labour of love in tribute to Tel Aviv, from the dishes to the award winning architectural design.
The menu, created by head chef Eran Tibi, is designed to reflect the country’s daily eating habits. It begins with a morning bakery, which becomes a swift pita kiosk come lunchtime.
The vibrant restaurant, at dinner time, offers a contemporary take of traditional dishes, made with seasonal organic ingredients.
The place is home to London’s first Gazoz bar, serving homemade blends of Tel Aviv’s fruity sparkling soft drinks.
