Opened in 2010 by two seasoned instructors, Yoga Point is a friendly and straightforward yoga studio that focuses on the integration of body and mind.
Each week, it hosts a wide variety of events led by a diverse roster of teachers who specialise in a broad range of fitness styles and influences, with expertise in movement, dance and meditation.
Most regular classes are run on a drop in basis, with no obligation to book in advance, with the studios fully equipped with everything the group will need.
The studio is also home to regular meditation classes run by the local Buddhist order.
